Who we are
Valley VoIP is a business phone service provider based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We provide voice over IP phone service nationwide, to organizations of every size, from a single line for a small office to trunks for a phone system that serves a whole campus.
What we do
Our hosted voice service is a complete business phone system delivered over the internet, and we provide the phones and all of the equipment for free. For organizations that prefer to keep the phone system they own, we provide SIP trunks and PRI trunks to connect it.
We also provide analog lines for the equipment that still needs a dial tone, analog line replacement for organizations whose copper lines have become costly or are being discontinued, and cellular voice service for locations that wired service does not reach.
How we work
Because we offer every kind of line, we have no reason to steer you toward one of them. We begin by asking what you have today, what is working, and what is not. Sometimes the answer is a new hosted phone system. Sometimes it is better lines for the system already on the wall, or simply a less expensive way to keep a fire alarm and an elevator connected.
