Callers are greeted by an auto attendant and routed to the right person or department. Calls can ring several phones at once, follow you to a mobile phone, or wait in a queue until someone is free. Voicemail arrives in your email. Staff can transfer calls between desks, between offices, and to colleagues working from home, all by dialing an extension.

One system for every location

Because the system is hosted, it does not matter where your people sit. A head office, a branch in another state, and an employee at a kitchen table can all share the same main number, the same extensions, and the same directory. Opening a new location is a matter of plugging in phones.
